This major refurbishment was for a developer in Parsons Green, London. The aim was to double the footprint of the building to provide a large family home from a 3 bedroom house.

 

The refurbishment created a new a double mansard roof, a basement conversion, a side return extension and a rear pod extension.

The interior palette was neutral for rental purposes.

​

All stages and layouts were undertaken by 2 a T Design and the interior finishes were by the Client.
